Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
WOW this was really good, and i only let it marinate for about 30 minutes and baked just covered with foil instead of individually....my fillets were smaller (I had 4 - 4oz)too so i decreased the cooking time to about 15 minutes. Definitely a keeper!!!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2005
This recipe was really good! I am not big on pork chops but make them for the family.....I enjoyed this one! Took the advice of others...sprayed baking dish with Pam, worked like a charm, very easy clean up. Didn't have cream of mushroom so I used cream of Chicken, came out great! Also had thinner chops so I adjusted cooking time and they turned out moist and delicious! Will difinitely make this one the next time I make pork chops. Thanks for the great recipe!

Linguine with Scampi

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2003
Wow! This was really good. Everybody loved it. We love garlic so I added a few more cloves. Next time I think I will try and increase the lemon juice...just a little. Served over rice, as we had linguine the night before. Can't wait to make it again over linguine! Definitely a keeper. recommend you try it!

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2003
This recipe was awesome. I didn't have yellow cake mix, but I had chocolate! I made it with Chocolate cake mix and Strawberry Preserves. The taste was awesome! Brought them to a Halloween party. Everybody loved them. They just melted in your mouth. I tasted fudgie and the strawberries just complemented the chocolate. Used a hand pastry blender to mix the dry ingredients...mixed it much easier than the spoon. Will definitely make these again and again.

Baked Zucchini

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2003
This was a awesome recipe. Excellent use of Zucchini. Very easy to make. It did make a lot of filling...Used 1 large zucchini and 2 small/med ones and it filled them nicely. Even my 4year old loved it....he took the filling that was on his plate and dipped his chicken in it! My husband didn't care for it too much. My daughter and I loved it and were fighting for the last one! Will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe Joe.

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2003
This recipe was awesome! Very Easy to make. Sauce was excellent. The salmon was so moist it just melted in your mouth. Next time I am going to double maybe even triple the sauce as others have suggested. I will have to make more salmon next time....everybody wanted more. It just disappeared down to the last grain of rice! Recommend you definitley try this one.
