I used Swai (which is a form of catfish) didn't have lemon so I used lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and jalapenos and cooked for 20 minutes. My hubby said it was awesome! Served with wild rice.

Carrabba's® Chicken Marsala

I found this recipe a couple of years ago on a copycat sight. It is so excellent that this year when my son got married, I did all the cooking and this was one of the favorites among the guests, they all raved about it.

Broccoli Chicken Roli

I made this years ago when I had a Pampered Chef party and forgot how good it was. Glad I came across this recipe again. I changed the servings to 10 and still had too much filling, I think 1/2 would probably be perfect.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Excellent Pork Chops. The ONLY thing I did differently was to leave the garlic in the pan while cooking the chops. (Obviously, we love garlic)

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

Have been eating this since I was a child and making it for 25 years. Have always used the Buddig beef, no need to rinse and doesn't have all the salt. Serve with peas so you get creamed peas and chipped beef in one sitting.

Carnation® Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

I have been eating a variation of these since I was a kid. We have always used instant mashed potatoes, make enough for 8-10 servings, then add the evap milk, shredded cheese and some durkee french fried onions, put in a greased casserole dish top with more cheese and onions and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. It seems like it's more work than it actually is and the end result is fantastic, not for the calorie counters. I will make this and eat it as a meal.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Flavorful all the way through. I used 1/2 pkg of onion soup (I didn't want too much of an onion flavor) and 1 cup of beef broth. I parboiled potatoes and carrots in beef broth and added them the last hour. I did half to add cornstarch to thicken the gravy. My new go to pot roast. Thank you!

Nacho Cheese Sauce

Excellent. I layered refried beans, seasoned ground beef and a little shredded cheddar. Baked till warmed through and topped with this sauce. We were then just able to dip the chips in it getting layers with every bite. Served with jalapeno's and sour cream. The hit of the Packers party.

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

This was awesome. The only veggies I used were Broccoli and mushrooms. Doubled the sauce so we had plenty for rice. Will try other veggies next time. Love love love the garlic flavor.
