Pistachio Crusted Chicken

This turned out very good! I used a small, still half-frozen chicken breast and followed the recipe exactly. Came out moist and had great flavor according to my fiance. Will be keeping it!

Traditional Style Vegan Shepherd's Pie

Thank you for posting this! It was so good! I used vegan sour cream in place of vegan mayo in the potato layer because that's what I had on hand. Did not use cheese because I didn't have any. Still awesome, I will make again. Thank you!

Famous Butter Chicken

I made this for my boyfriend for dinner and it was beyond awesome!! I used crushed buttery Townhouse Crackers - the chicken turned out SO juicy and flavorful. Did everything according to the recipe. He raved about it through the whole meal - highly recommend!

Vegan Lentil, Kale, and Red Onion Pasta

I made this tonight for dinner and I thought it was very good. I did have to add extra veggie broth to the lentils to keep them moist while I was waiting on the pasta to cook, so definitely keep enough on hand. I used Gimme Lean! veggie sausage in the onion mixture, and it turned out great! I would recommend.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

I'm generally not a fan of pasta/Italian dishes, but I made this for my fiance because he loves Alfredo. This was my first time making homemade Alfredo sauce, and I was pleasantly suprised! It's very rich and flavorful, and I think the mushrooms and tomatoes make the dish. If I had to tweak the recipe, I would reduce the ground white pepper and add just a pinch more flour to thicken up the sauce slightly - other than that it was terrific! Thank you!
