I used only 2 cups of ketchup, half of the sugar and the juice of a whole lemon. I accompanied the ribs with the cuban dish "moros y cristianos" (rice and black beans) and an avocado, watermelon and spinach salad that I found here in allrecipes.com Great lunch!

Mediterranean Lemon Chicken

Absolutely great! It got dry during the first 20 minutes; I put some water in the dish. I prepared some more juice, oil, garlic powder and oregano for the rest and it was just perfect. It's the best lemon chicken recipe I have tried.

Mulligatawny Soup I

This is the best recipe for mulligatawny soup I've tried. I had no curry powder; instead I used 1 1/2 tablespoon of Patak's curry paste. I served it with avocado and fried ripe plantain slices (you find ripe plantains in latin stores; the riper, the better...). Delicious combination.

Beer Brats

Beer doesn't make saussages any different. I didn't descover any new taste with this recipe. Onion resulted really bitter after being cooked in beer. I added some sugar and caramelized it. At the end, it was OK. I do not recommend this recipe.
