I'm still new to using the slow cooker and these ribs were awesome! I didn't have high expectations since they weren't grilled but they are just as good as restaurant grilled ribs. I mixed a bunch of seasonings to make a dry rubbed and rubbed them down the night before and let them sit in the fridge overnight. I baked them like the recipe said then put them in the slow cooker. I changed the sauce a fair amount - I used a bottle of bbq sauce, white vinegar, a splash of rice wine vinegar, lots of seasonings, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and some brown sugar. I cooked them on low for 8 hours and they sat on warm another hour or two before I got home. They were very flavorful and they fell right off the bone.
