15yrs ago, I was a stay at home mom and cooked vegetarian meals from scratch, even made our own bread. Now, I am just getting back to trying to cook after a day at work.
Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
Family loved it. I am not one for measuring, I "learned" from my grandmother to eyeball it, so the gravy was a little thicker and I added bacon to it. I also used the bacon drippings in place of the lard. Over all this was so easy and will definitely make again.
