Ultimate Sugar Cookies
I thought this recipe would be good, but I only used half the amount of shortening and the other half butter. I refrigerated the batter for over an hour and even put it in the freezer for about 30 min to make sure it would roll out well and the cookies were a nightmare! I decided to do some cutouts and some just round and then baked them just so that they could all mush together. I've used so many recipes from the site and have had tremendous luck with all of them except this one. I should have listened more to the reviews because this sugar cookie recipe was really unpleasant to work with

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
This seriously is a really delicious recipe! I used butter instead of shortening just like the majority of the other reviewers and actually only had four really ripened bananas. It was actually perfect. I always use Ghirardelli semisweet chips for baking and wasn't overpowering at all. It was all a perfect balance and seriously the best banana chocolate bread ever, and trust me, I've had my share of banana chocolate walnut breads in my life. I wouldn't even know how to make this recipe any better

Pumpkin Swirl Bread
After reading the reviews for this recipe, I decided that I would follow the recipe with these adjustments only because they were the flaws constantly mentioned in the reviews. I doubled the cream cheese recipe. Also I ommitted the two spice ingredients listed and just replaced that amount with pumpkin pie spice and cooked the recipe for exactly 70 min. but I used two foil 8inch by 3 7/8 inch pans. The bread was absolutely perfectand needs no tweaking after these adjustments! If anyone knows Whole Foods pumpkin cream cheese swirl muffins, this bread taste just like it after these adjustments. One word...YUUUUMMMMMMMY!
