Glendora's Chocolate Fudge Pudding (Cake)

I made these as an afterthought with dinner tonight...instead of baking in a one quart dish, however, I divided the batter between four well greased Pyrex 10ounce dishes...they got RAVE reviews. These tasted better than the chocolate lava cake we ordered at a local restaurant just last weekend! I will be making these again!!! NOTE: Do not invert these...either spoon out of the one quart dish or bake in four separate ramekins and dig in to find the fudge-y bits! Perfect served with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream!

Banana Crumb Muffins

I feel compelled to write a review on this recipe! First of all? I don't like bananas. I know. But I had 2 bananas that were really ripe and I did not want to throw them out. So...I searched for a banana muffin recipe for to make muffins for my boyfriend. I sent him to work with coffee and 2 of these and I got rave reviews. Curious, *I* tried one ... and even though I am not keen on bananas, I will be baking this recipe again and again and again, of that I am certain! Thank you for posting!

Easy Focaccia

I've made focaccia before, other recipes, more complicated, intriciate, TEDIOUS recipes, but this one trumps them all. I just made it again to accompany baked ziti with sausage and meatballs, and? IT'S A WEDNESDAY! As there are only two of us, I make this and freeze it...comes in handy for snacks with cheese or dipping into olive oil with herbs or as a makeshift pizza crust. I used regular flour and put some dried rosemary in the dough, simple and amazing. The flavor and texture are awesome, thank you for sharing!

Fluffy Lemon Pudding Cake

I've been making this for years....I recently introduced it to my boyfriend and he LOVES it. I divide the batter into individual ramekins and serve them hot with whipped cream. It's like ... warm lemon meringue pie but BETTER!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I didn't use the dry white wine....and this was the first time I'd attempted carbonara...and I'd venture to say that this rivals that of any restaurant! This was delish! Thank you for sharing!

Double Chocolate Cherry Muffins

These are amazing. They are, however, more like a black forest cupcake...and there's NOTHING wrong with a black forest cupcake! That said, I frosted mine with Bailey's frosting and served them for dessert [I got 24 regular sized cakes] and got rave reviews. Thanks so much for sharing!

Vicki's Hush Puppies

Without the addition of 1/2 cup of milk, the mixture is like breadcrumbs; no amount of mixing could bring the dry ingredients and the beaten eggs together. I kept thinking I read the recipe wrong! The flavor and texture after adding the milk was quite perfect, as far as I am concerned. I would strongly recommend adding some milk to bring the batter together. I found the batter impossible to incorporate without milk.

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

I had to substitute unsalted butter for the shortening as I was out [ack!] but they turned out beautifully, regardless. I weighed each ball so each of them were the same size and I ended up with 56 cookies [at half an ounce each ball]. These are everybody's favorite, I can never go wrong baking and gifting these!
