Hard Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
This was PERFECT! !st though... I used about 1 & 1/4 C. semisweet choc. chips...and melted in the microwave...WORKED GREAT! i dipped choc. cupcakes in this..put it in the fridge to set, although you don't have to unless you want it harder/ chilled like that. Otherwise you can let it set on the counter & It is FAB:) we were litterally dipping each bite of cupcake in this at easter...and we dipped mini lemon cakes in it aswell...to die for!

Strawberry, Kiwi, And Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
I am giving this 5 stars but you HAVE TO ADD Mandarine oranges! SOOO GOOD! I gave this recip. to my gma..at the bottom of the salad I would say too much dressing, but since i didnt personally make it, for all I know she made more than called for, so since there is fruit in this salad, watch how much dressing you add, since It will be moist naturally!YUMMY SALAD- WENT SOO FAST THIS EASTER, EVERYONE LOVED IT!

My Own Famous Stuffed Grape Leaves

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
My mother made these this past sunday(easter!).I have a mixed review, b/c 1 or 2 ppl LOVED THEM but everyone else agreed the chicken flavor (from broth) was too strong. We would use veggie next time, but like I said, my Aunt thought they were better than the restaurants while my own mom could barely stand 'em..

Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
The flavoring was yummy but we didn't have the parsley, My mother made this for Easter & a couple people REALLY LOVED it.There was prob. only 1 C. (if that) leftover, however I personally was not a fan of the chickpeas...but If you are someone who is, then this is GREAT!Oh, and we didn't do any turkey & used veggie stock instead of chicken!

Blonde Brownies I

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
mmm...where do i begin? I guess my personal twist. I was on the search to make blondie brownies & use up my almond slices & was craving white chocolate...;) SO.. keep the "base" the same, add 1/2 tsp. almond extract & I swapped walnuts for ALMONDS SLIVERS(which I crushed) & put about 1/2 to 1 C. white choc chips IN the batter. I baked this in a glass pan..It's hard to tell when It's done & well I just got lucky & am still lost on how to tel??..sry, I also made ANOTHER batch, & baked in mini muffin pan to make "brownie bites" BEWARE THEY COOK SUPER FAST THIS WAY! now... my review! Heavenly! I am in love with these, the bars were chewy & delish...so addictive with white chocolate & almond extract, I got SOME RAVES on these like over & over about how delicious they are!And the minis- were a little crunchier but they are both so good, I can't decide what way I like best?! AHMAZING! I gave it 4 * though since this is prettymuch 50% a totally dif. recipe in a way. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS! AMAZING!

Graham Cracker Crust I

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
The night before, I made an attempt at blondie brownie bites....but sadly I way overbaked them & they were HARD as rocks, not edible! But I spent so much time & effort, I couldn't toss it! So I ground it up, & mixed almost 2 cups of the "brownie crubs" with the recipe (taking place of graham cracker crubs). And boy, let me tell you, how can I ever make a "normal" crust again?! It was delish, amazing! Everyone thought It was THE BEST crust ever! SOOO good soo good, I used it as a crust for lemon bars...oh amazing.I had to give this 4 * b/c I didn't actually use graham crackers, but everything else was the same :)

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
These were so easy & SO DELISH, AH-mazing, I don't know where to start?! I guess with how I actually made them (different from recipe). !. I used 3 fresh juiced lemons & added 2 tsp. flour, for the crust...WHERE DO i BEGIN? I previously made (and overbaked) some blondie brownies...they turned out wayyy too hard so I ground them up & mixed with melted butter (made a graham cracker crust w/ ground up blondie bars!).I was sooo scared how this was turning out but it was AH-mazing X10000000!!!! Overall, these are the very best lemon bars ever, delicious tartness & sweetness, awesome crust, so refreshing....omg, i need some more now...haha SO GOOD!

French Silk Chocolate Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2011
If your a chocolate LOVER, this is prob not going to be rich enough for you. It is quite light... and fluffy, It is pretty sweet, tastes.. okay? But If your looking for something rich & think.. not for you! To me, It tasted like chocolate coolwhip in a pie crust, but If your the person who likes lighter chocolate & deserts... GO FOR IT, you will love it!
