Tangy Sirloin Strips

Very yummy, and I only marinated for about 4 hours. A great way to cook sirloin. We will definitely be including this in our summer grilling rotation!

Amazing Chicken

This was super easy and quick to prep. Me and my 3 kids loved this. I did add some garlic salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs. Will definitely make again.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

I have made this for years, and the key is the chocolate sauce that goes on top. Try to avoid the temptation of using can frosting to cut down on time, the little bit of extra time is sooooo worth it. So yummy, and always a hit at any function.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

I love, love, love this recipe! It's one of my kids' favorites as well. I originally found this recipe in 2007, and have been making it ever since. It is so fresh, and so tasty, especially in the summer when you can use vine ripe tomatoes. I add a lot more garlic, and you really have to use the shredded parmesan cheese, not the sprinkle stuff in the can. Delicioso!!!

Fluffy Pancakes

I had run out of the commercial brand mix, and the kids and I really had a taste for pancakes, so I found this recipe . I will never use the commercial brand again, these were so good! They were just as easy to make, and were very fluffy. Yum!

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious! Do not overbake and they will be wonderful. I rolled them in sugar before baking. I also added a few M&Ms in some before going in the oven. All you heard in my kitchen last night was 'mmmmmmmmmm'.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

This is a great quick meal. I add chopped onion with the ground beef and serve it over buttered toast. It doesn't look so appealing, my 5 year old son said yuck. But I told him it's what the soldiers eat, so he took a bite and really liked it!

Stovetop Pork Chops and Potatoes

I love this! It is such a comfort food. I add a bit of sour cream to the soup mixture and it is wonderful. Only thing is that I need a bigger skillet since this tends to fill up to the top.

Herb Roasted Pork
