I love food. I learned how to cook when I was 12. My mother was a professional cook. My dream is to attend a cooking school in Italy.
My favorite things to cook
All seafood. Fav dishes are Paella, Jambalaya, Rissoto, Prime Rib and Turkey. I will try a recipe once and then tweek it to my own taste.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother and I would make cabbage rolls every fall for the winter. We would spend all day making them and then have a nice dinner together.

My sister told her facebook friends my paella was the best thing she ever ate and she has travelled alot.

Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes
I loved this recipe but did not have cream so I used full fat sour creme and I also substituted balsamic vinegar for white and used fresh thyme. It was a hit with my family and will make it again. Beats boring mashed potatoes!

Chef John's Stuffed Peppers
I love this recipe. I wanted something different than my old recipe. I used ground turkey rather than beef and used a pinch of chili flakes. I love red, orange and yellow peppers and they are in season so I used them. I definitely will make it again.

Slow Cooker Sauerkraut Pork Loin
This is a good recipe. I love pork and sauerkraut. I make pork ribs and kraut and this is a lower fat version. I added a little garlic to it and potatoes the last few hours of cooking.
