Agedashi-esque Tofu

Found tofu in the fridge, was hungry, so came here looking for a recipe. This one looked quick and easy enough. I didn't have the cornstarch, so I used Progresso Italian bread crumbs and sauted it in olive oil w/green onions. My husband was curious to know what smelled so good. I put some steamed rice in a bowl with a little soy sauce, then topped it with the tofu. It really tasted great for a quick meal. I can't wait to try it as it is written, but for now the Italian bread crumbs got me through in a pinch!

Chicago Dip

Tracy your dip was a hit as I was asked to bring some appetizers (also see Amazing Swedish Meatball reviews to spice that one up!). But YOUR recipe was great right off the bat. Although I will try some of the reviewers suggestions next time w/reduction of onions, mayo & sour cream, adding cream cheese & water chestnuts. This recipe will be one I'm sure many will ask me for. Thanks for sharing!
