Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2014
What a fun way to use up zucchini! After reading reviews, I used a chip slicer for very thin slices. I baked at 350 & they were a bit soft. I preferred 2nd batch baked at 450. In the absence of italian breadcrumbs, I used plain bread crumbs with seasoned salt (I always liked the taste of culy fries.) Overall, I am very happy with this recipe.

Ham and Cheese Dip in a Bread Bowl

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
I used the recipe for the filling as a dip with tortilla chips. I added chopped celery and baked in a glass pan for 30 minutes at 350. This was a great way to use up leftover ham.

I made them without the peppers (allergy,) and they were still delicious! I will be using this one for summers to come! :)

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
I made this with a regular breakfast sausage with a bit of Italian seasoning added to it, b/c it was all I had on hand. It was incredible! The sausage was a bit spicy, and my family really liked it this way.
