White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This recipe turned out PERFECT for me. I made cupcakes with an Oreo crust and baked them in metal cupcake liners. 375 for 25 min. I lightly mashed my raspberries and added a little sugar, as I think raspberries taste better when they are fresh. I added the raspberries to the cupcakes after they were cooled. Then I made a whipped cream white chocolate cream cheese frosting (2 sticks cream cheese, 1 small cool whip, 1 sm package instant white chocolate pudding mix, & 1 cup of milk. Beat it all together until fluffy) swirled it on top. I topped with white chocolate flakes/curls, and ta-da, they turned out perfect! They were all gone VERY quickly.

Baked Salmon II

Really GREAT recipe! None of the flavors stand out more than the others (lemon or garlic etc.), they all just blend together to make a mouth-watering salmon. I made it for Father's Day and it was a huge hit!

Pizza Dough I

Everyone I have made this for loves the pizza, even those who are not big fans of pizza. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and upped the salt to 1-1/2 tsp. I also baked the dough for a few minutes before I put the sauce and toppings on. I also made bread sticks with the dough. I did not have time to let them rise but they STILL came out nice and fluffy! I just rolled out the dough, transferred it to a cookie sheet, cut it with a pizza cuter in to strips, and threw it in the oven. Yumm! Thanks for a great recipe!

Chili I

Great flexible recipe! Can be healthy too! I eat it every one to two weeks. I use ground Turkey (omitting the oil) instead of Beef, I add a 15oz. can of tomato sauce because I like saucy chili. And I added a pinch of cumin. Eat it, Love it, Crave it!

Rice with Goodies

Great Recipe! Even my very picky husband and kids ate it. I think it needs more meat to be a main dish. I doubled the turkey, I think next time I might even triple it. I left out the mushrooms, and bacon. I also used instant rice. (2 Cups dry) But this dish has lots of great flavors. Great alternative to fried rice!
