Tomato Bisque II

I am in LOVE with this recipe! I have been looking for a recipe like this for a while now and I have made it several times. I have altered the directions slightly - I buy fresh tomatoes, cut them in half and roast them. Then I let them cool and pull the skins right off, put the good parts in the blender, blend and then cook that with all the other ingredients. I also use a little less butter and a mixture of cream and milk to give it a richer flavor without just using straight cream. It is amazing! Thanks for the recipe!

I don't even like carrots, I was making this for my husband and son, but when I tried it, it was absolutely delicious and I will definitely make it again for the whole family! Thanks for the recipe!
