Meatball Nirvana

This is the best meatball recipe I have ever made. Thanks! I substituted the worchester for a bit of bovril. And omitted the hot sauce, but used lots of crushed flakes. They were great.

Norwegian Lefse

This is better than my moms recipe!! I halved it, but wished I made the full amount. I put a combination of butter, sugar and cinnamon between pieces of lefse. This is so good.

This is amazing! Boil the marinade down in a simmer for a sauce that is to die for. I've made this once rePlacing sherry with red wine and once with balsamic vinegar. It was great both times. Smells a little too cinnamon-y cooking but it isn't.
