Tommy's Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
I was looking for a recipe to use some leftover ham and this is what I found...it was really good. My cheese loving husband said it needed more but I thought it was great! VERY easy with lots of leftovers for the next day.

Cream Cheese Spritz

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
This was my first time making spritz cookies, and probably my last. The dough was pretty dry, and tasted awful! I couldnt taste any cream cheese, and the lemon flavor was sickening!

Strawberry Pie II

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2004
This was really, really good. And VERY easy. I didn't want to turn on the oven (to make a crust) so I used a chocolate graham cracker crust I had on hand, and it was great! THE PICKIEST HUMAN ON EARTH (my father in law) had 2 slices! WOW!!! It's a keeper!

Apple Dip

This is fantastic! I made it with low-fat cream cheese and it was wonderful! Nobody would ever know it was lower in fat unless you told them. Thanks Rachel!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2003
Fabulous recipe! Super easy and quick! My 2-year old daughter LOVED helping roll the dough in the sugar. I didnt have a bundt pan the first time I made this, so I used a Pyrex bowl, and it worked just fine. The second time I used a bundt pan and it was just as good, only a little prettier!

These were OK. Just OK. I could hardly wait for them to come out of the oven...but was disappointed when I tried them. They were pretty bland.

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2003
This recipe was strange. It seemed somewhat soggy, and I think it would be better with less onion. My squash took over an hour to cook. Interesting recipe, but somewhat disappointing.
