Oh my Goodness!!!! Is there any way I can give this like fifty stars???? I absolutely LOVED this ... WOW... I was making Ali's Amazing Bruschetta( also found on this site and a user suggested this recipe for the bread. It was amazing !!!!! This is the first time I have made baguettes and it will be the last time I ever buy ready made from the store. The baguettes looked so good that my husband didnt believe I made them and was sooooo impressed. Yum Yum Yum is all I can say. Thank you soooo much !!!!!!

This Baklava was in a word AMAZING. It was my first time making baklava and my first time using Phyllo dough ( by the way, make sure to keep the phyllo covered with a damp cloth at all times not working with it because it can get very brittle, as I found out :) ) and it was wonderful. This recipe for baklava is better than most baklava's I have had at restaurants and shops. My husband who is a baklava lover absolutely adored it. Thank you SOOOO much Donna :):):)

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2003
Fabulous!! I substituted red peppers for green and I agree with the other user that you should only saute them for about 5 minutes or so or they will lose that crunchiness. Also, I added a bit of cumin , chilli powder and corriander powder to the chicken while it was sauteing because I need my spice!!! I would recommend seasoning the chicken while sauteing, but Im not sure what its like w/o spice. I also used jack with jalepenos for the cheese.. YUM .. served with guac, pico and its even good with a dallop of yogurt instead of sour cream if you are trying to cut cals. My first time making quesadillas and my hubby and I loved it , thanks tony:)

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
Absolutely FANTAbulous!! LOOOOOVVEED these! We had them with a bit of nutella and a tiny bit of Smart Balance ( which is soo much healthier by the way!) I had to add a bit more milk to thin it out a little though. My husband and I frequently go to Quebec and have crepes all the time and these were comparable, my husband said even better!!! Definitely a keeper and a great and easy recipe to entertain and impress!!! YUMMM

Toll House® Mini Morsel Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2005
What a great recipe!! Im actually going to make these again for breakfast and I felt guilty that I had used the recipe so many times and not reviewed it as yet!! The first time I made pancakes, I used this recipe and asked my husband if he wanted chocolate chips, to which he replied " What am I . 5 yrs old??" Well I made some without and some with chocolate chips ( for my self) and can I just say , these were the best pancakes we both have ever had. Its a versatile recipe to which you could add just about anything. I did have to add a bit more milk to thin it out, but it was FABULOUS!! YUM!!!
