Fabulous!! I substituted red peppers for green and I agree with the other user that you should only saute them for about 5 minutes or so or they will lose that crunchiness. Also, I added a bit of cumin , chilli powder and corriander powder to the chicken while it was sauteing because I need my spice!!! I would recommend seasoning the chicken while sauteing, but Im not sure what its like w/o spice.
I also used jack with jalepenos for the cheese.. YUM .. served with guac, pico and its even good with a dallop of yogurt instead of sour cream if you are trying to cut cals. My first time making quesadillas and my hubby and I loved it , thanks tony:)
