I made this recipe two times. The first time, I followed the directions exactly and the dish came out a little too bland for me. The second time, I boiled the potatoes in beef broth for about 5 minutes. I followed the directions to the rest of the recipe exept I added a little worshestire sauce to the potatoes and onions before I put them in the oven.

German Chocolate Pie

This is the exact recipe that my mother used to make! I just made it again and relived old memories. This has always been my favorite desert! When I was a kid, my mother would make one of these and when she was in the shower or asleep, I would sneak into the kitchen and cut a little slice of it and be in chocolate heaven :)

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

This recipe was simply delicious! It tastes just like the cobbler that my grandmother used to make. Very rich and very tasty. I did, however, make one change to it. I cooked it in a casserole dish and served it as a casserole. It was excellent!
