Soft Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I've made these cookies several times now. My husband and my daughters devour them! I usually add milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup of each) and a 1/2 c of walnuts - delicious!!! I love how soft they are!

Fluffy White Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I make this for my VERY picky husband. I use chocolate pudding, add a little bit of sweetened condensed milk (about a 1/4 c, then reduce the milk to 1 c) and I add milk chocolate chips on top. He looooves it and it is sooooo easy!

Traditional White Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I've made this many, many times now. It was my first attempt at break baking and it came out flawless!! Now I usually braid the bread dough for it's final rise and it comes out not only light and fluffy, but absolutely gorgeous! It's wonderful for sandwiches and as dinner bread. Thanks for a great recipe that is easy to follow!

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! This is the most delicious banana bread I have ever had in my entire life! I just made another loaf last night and my husband ate over half of the loaf right out of the oven :) I add walnuts instead of pecans and occasionally use 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar, just depending on my mood. Fabulous, beautiful and easy recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I make this at least once every 2 weeks (and sometimes once a week). It is absolutely delicious! I do incorporate the chicken mixture with the gravy before pouring in the pan. I almost always used 1/2 canned veggies and maybe fresh carrots or celery. I also add more pepper, cream of chicken soup and I omit the celery seed because I can never seem to remember to pick that up at the store! :) This is one of my favorite things to make and my husband wants me to make one for him to take to the office. Wonderful recipe!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I make this a couple of times a month during the winter. LIke other reviewers, I add worcestershire sauce to the ground beef mixture. I also cheat and use instant potatoes -time saver! I've made it with the mashed carrot and I've also just thrown in some canned carrots, corn and green beans. It's a nice hearty meal.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
I made this for the first time last week. My husband took one bite and his eyes rolled back in his head! Lol. He raved the entire length of the meal and then declared this his new favorite meal. He also sent me to the store specifically so I could make it again. :) 5 stars!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2012
I make these cookies about once a week/every 2 weeks for the last 2 months. I half the recipe and I've used both vanilla and chocolate pudding. Both ways turn out great! Definitely the softest cookie I have ever made. Hubby and the kiddos love these! (the only thing I do differently is add a little bit of salt and some cream of tarter and 2 tsp of vanilla)

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
I've made this several times over the last couple of months. I followed suggestions from other reviews and added either mixed veggies or just broccoli - it is delicious! My husband gobbled it up and even my extremely picky 2 year old eats this :) I layer 1/2 c of cheddar cheese and 1/2 c of italian blend, then I use bread crumbs instead of the crackers, since that is usually what I have on hand. Very yummy on a chilly night!

Kung Pao Chicken

This is really good. I quadrupled the sauce and I think tripled the marinade. I added peanut butter to the sauce as well. Served with stir fried veggies.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2012
Sooooo easy! I don't know why it took me so long to quit buying $6 boxes of bisquik. These are fluffy and delicious! I omit the melted butter as a matter of personal preference, but keep everything else the same. My 2 and 4 year olds requests pancakes about 2-3 times a week now!

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2013
I love this recipe! My kids call it lasagna and I make it more often since it's less time consuming. I followed some other suggestions and mix the sour cream, cottage cheese and parmesan together. I've also used cream cheese when I was out of sour cream (DELICIOUS). I serve it with homemade french bread and it is gobbled up!
