soo easy, i couldn't believe how yummy it turned out. i used the crock pot and it made the sauce reduce down to a yummy glaze.

Enchanted Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

i was skeptical, but this actually was really good. i left the chilies off of a few for the kids, and it actually changed the taste quite a bit, so the chilies are a must. soo easy i couldn't believe it was good too.

Skillet Herbed Chicken with Mustard

this was edible, but did not earn a spot in my permanant recipe box. i even used fresh herbs. it was definately moist, but had an unusual taste. plus, i had no clue what to serve it with.

Creamy Tomato-Basil Soup

really good, i added 1/2 tsp of sugar becuase the tomatoes tasted a bit tart. Also I added a spoonfull of cooked orzo pasta in each bowl! (this makes it good!) Also a word to the wise, if blending in a blender, Please do not put the center of the lid on, cover it with a towel instead. the heat will make the lid pop off and believe me, it is a mess!!!

Almond Wild Rice

pretty good. makes a lot. I doubled the almonds, because they are yummy! doesn't call for too much butter, but I think it could be left out completely and still taste really good. (just to be really healthy)

Bavarian Cream

i thought this was very yummy, and very easy to make. It was very thin when I finished folding in the whipped cream, buy if you let it chill for ten minutes, it is perfect. If you are filling a cake with it, just make sure to make a dam with the buttercream so that it won't sqeeze out the sides. Also, I know this recipe says you can eat it as pudding, but I wouldn't, and I would never let my kids. It is full of fat with all that heavy cream and sugar.

this was very yummy! turned out more like a casserole even after adding lots of extra water. Next time I plan on adding only 1 tbs of flour. I also added carrots and garlic, 1 cup of rice, and more chicken.

this wasy really good, made it for a luncheon, and everyone wanted the recipe. I used green onions, and instead of french fried onions, crumbled tortilla chips on top. Also I halved the cilantro, and it was pleanty.

Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce

not very good, way too much sauce (I guess I could have only poured half of it on the enchiladas) and I would have left the cheese off the top (way too much cheese to this recipe).They just didn't have anything to them, just chicken and cheese was about all there was to it. to me it needed rice, beans, the works...
