Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

My husband LOVES these. I make them in the crockpot. They always turn out tender and delish. I have marinated overnight and just threw everything in the cockpot and turned it on. Turns out great either way! I only use half of the garlic. Sometimes I use beer instead of water. I want to try adding pineapple to the mixture next.

WONDERFUL! Made the following changes & it still turned out great. used celery salt used orange roughy, layered used canned crab, non-lump used herb seasoned stuffing, mixed with chicken broth did not use shrimp

Baked Potato Soup I

Sauted onion and garlic in butter before adding flour. Would have liked to have added celery, but didn't have any so I used some celery seed. Instead of using all milk I mixed in chicken broth (50/50)

Peach Cream Pie I

I did have to bake longer than suggested to get it done in the center. I added cinnamon and nutmeg. Was great over all.
