Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
Oh my gosh! This was the best soup ever! My husband wants this again and again! I followed the directions exactly (I wanted to add a little cheese, but hubby said no). I thought it was perfect just the way it was! It was so good, that the next time we make it, I'll have to make a double batch to insure that everyone gets left overs the next day! I may try to add a sprinkle of cheese next time, but maybe not. Thank you so much!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2007
WOW, AWESOME! My husband and I made these the other night and were very pleased! My husband wasn't quite sure what to think of the flour, but he is one who doesn't like any breading on his wings. I believe that that is what did the trick to make the wings stay crispy. We lightly floured them, and put them in the fridge for the 90-min., deep fried them until just about done, then put them in a 350 degree oven for about 20-minutes while our other goodies were getting done. We simmered the sauce for about an hour total - perfectly WARM, not too hot (we used Red's). When we were ready to eat, we just drizzled the sauce to coat completely, but not drown them. They stayed perfectly crispy while we were eating. Thanks for the recipe, this is the ONLY way we will make them from now on, and that will be probably 1-2 times a week now that it is summer out!

Chicken and Asparagus Fettuccine

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
I made this last night, and it was a complete hit! It was the perfect consistency as is. I was a little sceptical about cooking the asparagus with the noodles (I used linguini as that was all that I had on hand), but it was perfectly tender and not too overcooked. Thanks for a great recipe! Great with a salad and rolls.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
Excellent! I have made these a few times, and have had no problems yet. I do cut the breadcrumbs in half and still have plenty. These always turn out moist and tender. Thanks for a great recipe!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
I made this a couple of weeks ago and it was delicious! A little too salty, so next time I will cut down on the italian dressing. I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, so next time I may try cream of chicken soup. But, this is definitely going into our rotation, either as is, or with a couple of minor changes. Thanks for the great recipe!

Pork Chops O'Brien

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
Very good and easy to make (my favorite kind of recipe!). My only complaint is that my potatoes were still a little on the crunchy side after the time needed, but they could have not been thawed out all the way either. We will definitely be putting this into our monthly rotation. As others have said, you could substitute shredded potatoes for the cubes, and even use different soup. I personally like it just the way is is. Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
If I could give this 100 stars, I would! I am just now getting around to reviewing this recipe that we tried out before Christmas. And once we tried it, once was not enough! We had it 6 weekends in a row! This is wonderful, the flavor, mmm! The cooking time was just perfect for my husband and myself, medium rare! Thank you so much Chen!
