Campbell's Kitchen Chicken Broccoli Divan

I have been making this for years, it is a great way to use up left over chicken or turkey, but I only use frozen broccoli, I usually double the recipe and then the next day have it as leftovers with a salad. Great.

Cathy's Banana Bread

This is a really good easy banana bread, the only thing I do different is add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.either walnuts or pecans, and I also usually add some raisins about 1/2 cup

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Poppy Onion Biscuits

These turned out good, the only thing I did not put in was the poppy seeds. These have a nice onion flavor and were easy to make. I just drop the biscuits onto the pan, instead of having to roll out the dough then cut the biscuits.

Miraculous Canadian Sugar Pie

a fun easy pie to make, I liked it, but my husband did not, said "it was too sweet" He loves his desserts,but he likes fruit pies, not cream pies.

Cracker Candy

I have been making this candy for about 25 years. I use brown sugar, saltine crackers, and I use margarine.(not butter) and it turns out great. I line the cookie sheet with foil, and spray with cooking spray. It is a really fun to watch the crackers "bounce around" on the cookie sheet while they are baking. This is a great recipe, and with ingredients that people usually have on hand.

Whole Egg Mayonnaise

This turns out pretty good, I use the stick blender. the only problem I have is it is not very thick. How do you get it thicker? I have tried using less oil, 1 1/2 cups insteaad of 2 and I have also tried using 3 eggs instead of 2 but still it is on the thin side. Even so it is very good and I now do not buy mayonaise at all.

Stuffed Zucchini I

this is a great way to use up the excess zucchini, I made it the original way the first time, then the second time I made this, I added about 1/2 pound of cooked sausage to the filling and it really tasted good.

Easy Pea Salad

Clone of a Cinnabon

I have made these several times, the only thing I do differently is I add 1/2 cup chopped nuts, and 1/2 cup raisins to the dough, and they are delicious.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

I actually did not think that a zucchini sandwich would taste good, but it turned out really great. 'I had just picked another zucchini and thought what the heck am I going to use this one for. so I made the grinder and was happily surprised.

Super BLT

This is a really good BLT sandwich, I toast my bread, and usually put slices of avocado on, but had never used cream cheese. thought it really added a nice touch. It was good.

Authentic Elvis Burgers

one person said they gave this 4 stars, Did she actually try it? she said gave 4 stars because I did not use all the ingredients listed. In place of the pickle, lettuce and tomato we had sauteed mushroom, onion and peppers. I also added some fried banana. Left out the sugar and salt and pepper and substituted american for the cheddar cheese

Marzetti® Apple Bacon Walnut Salad

this turned out really good, and as far as the bacon, it says "bacon, pre cooked and crumbled." which is real bacon which you cook, then crumble, instead of throwing it in RAW.

Easy Sausage Strata

I have been making this strada for years and years, we love it. the only thing I can not understand is HOW people can say that they "take it to the office, or to a pot luck," My strata raises up nice and fluffy like a souffle. but, when it starts to get cold it falls. and when heated the next day, it tastes good, but does NOT raise up again.

Roasted Garlic Zucchini and Tomatoes

picked more zucchini and tomatoes out of my garden and was wondering what to fix with the over abundant zucchini that I have had this year. Saw this recipe and decided to give it a try, glad I did as it was really good! My husband just asked me to fix it again, real soon. thanks for the recipe, it is a keeper.
