Maple-Vanilla Syrup

The first time I made it it crystallized. From then on, I haven't refrigerated it. Perfect! I reuse an empty plastic syrup bottle and keep it in the cupboard. Tastes even better than store bought.

Oatmeal Pudding Cookies

I needed to use that lone box of pudding mix and this fit the bill nicely. I made a dozen of them plain, then added some chocolate chips for the next batch, and added dried cranberries for the last dozen. Yummy. They are a little bland. Next time I think I'll add some cinnamon or ginger to perk them up a bit.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

These are pretty good and chock full of stuff! I got 24 mini muffins and 9 regular sized ones. I did make a few changes; hate raisins so I substituted 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 chocolate chips, 1/4 of the white sugar with brown sugar, 1/2 cup of the white flour with wheat flour, used egg whites instead of whole eggs, and 1/3 cup oil, 1//3 cup plain yogurt, and 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce instead of a whole cup of oil.

Farmer's Macaroni

This was pretty good. It makes way more than 2 servings though. I halved the pasta and sauce and had enough for 4 servings. I added a wee bit of Parmesan cheese before serving.

Aunt Mary's Eggplant Balls

Pretty tasty, but next time I'll dice the eggplant much smaller to hide it better. I didn't have fresh parsley so I substituted a teaspoon or so of Italian seasoning. Served them with pasta sauce.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Will not be making this again. Less a crust and more like a crepe. Omitted one of the eggs as suggested by others and baked it 10 minutes first. Very thin; do not use a large pan! Bland and floppy.
