Garlic Baked Potato

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
As a garlic fan, I loved this recipe. It went great with the Adobo sirloin recipe on here. I will make these again and again. I never though to use garlic! Great job!

BBQ Bacon Cheese Dog

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
These were very easy to make and my family loved them. I added chili to these hot dogs too. I was surprised how good the bacon tasted with the hot dog.

Adobo Sirloin

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
I thought this was really good but a little too spicy for me. I will tone it down from now on. Very nice though.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
I thought these were really good but there were so many ingredients. I guess that is why they are award winning though. I used macadamia nuts instead of walnuts and they tasted really good.

Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2006
I loved this recipe and so did my family. This is a definate keeper. It is so easy to make and just adding the scallions and mushrooms made it seem classier. Yum!

Oven Baked Vegetables

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
I thought these veggies were very tasty. Just watch because the green pepper seems to cook a lot quicker than the rest of the veggies. I also didn't add the potatoes to this recipe.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
I thought these potatoes tasted wonderful. They had such a nice flavor from all the different seasonings yet they didn't taste "herb-y" if you know what I mean. They went great with the "Rempel Family Meatloaf" recipe on here.

French Toast Waffles

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
This wasn't a bad waffle recipe by any means but it tasted nothing like french toast. It would just call them cinnamon waffles. My son really liked them.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
This was a great meatloaf. It was moist and flavorful. I used shredded mozzerella instead of cheddar because it was all I had and it worked out well.

Cheesy Tortillas

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2006
These are very good and very simple to make. I put salsa right in them for an added flavor and then served then with sour cream. You could add a whole lot to these too. I had to add scallions because I love them. Very good!

Cheesy Bean Nachos

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2006
This was easy but I thought it was a little dry. My family thought they were okay and they are easy for kids to make which is nice but I personally didn't care for them.

The Easiest Chocolate Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
I was a little disappointed in this cake. It was bland, the peanut butter chips dried out over top the cake and I ended up having to frost this because of the lack of flavor. It wasn't the worst cake I've ever made but I don't think I would make this again.

Creamy Orange Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
This cake had a nice flavor to it but it wasn't what I was expecting. I made this in a bundt pan and it came out nicely. The frosting came out wrong for me but that was my fault. This is a nice jello cake.

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich

I also made these for the AFC Championship game and they were very nice. I used sweet pickles instead of dill and I loved it that way. My guests enjoyed them as well! Go Pittsburgh!

Muffuletta Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
I made these for the AFC Championship game and they were excellent. I did add a little Italian dressing to the olive mix only because I always do that. They had such a nice flavor! Go Pittsburgh!

Beefy Harvest Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
This was a good soup. I diced up leftover salsbury steak and put it into the soup in place of the ground beef. I used chorizo sausage because I didn't have the other kind on hand. My family liked it.

Spaghetti in Olive Oil and Garlic

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
This went great with the chicken I made tonight. I did add 2 T of butter and a squirt of lemon juice for added flavor. This is a quick easy dish to make.
