Angel's Ravioli Alfredo with Mushrooms

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2005
This was excellent. I did use homemade Alfredo sauce and I also added some spicy ham to the sauce. The taste was very nice and it was easy to make.

Meatball Grinders with a Yummy Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2005
I wasn't sure what to expect but the apple jelly thing piqued my interest so I gave it a shot. It was amazing! I am not a big fan of meatball hoagies either but this was amazing. This is a definate keeper and it is also simple to make which as always, is great!

Hoagie Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2005
This was sooo good. I wish it made more though. I only used 1 beaten egg for the top croissant roll. I also added red onion to one half of it. Next time I will add peppers and mushrooms. I also took a previous reviewer's advice and microwaved my greasier meat for 30 seconds. It worked well.

Oven-Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2005
This was pretty good but it needs more flavor. I added some garlic but it needs more herbs. Next time I will add some thyme or dill.

Italian Leafy Green Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2005
This was a nice dinner salad. I don't know if I would use lemon juice next time though. I love it but I didn't like it too much combined with the lettuces. I minced some garlic and added it to the mix.

Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This was an okay beef stew recipe. I thought it was a bit bland. I added some peas and corn to it to liven it up a little.

Goblin's Favorite Ranch Taco Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This is a good salad recipe although I prefer it with only a dab of salsa. I crushed doritos and mixed them in the salad.

Orzo and Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This is a great side dish. It's more than boring rice. You can do anything with this although I thought it was just great as is.

Homemade Tomato Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This tasted very good but it was really watery. Maybe it was something I did wrong. My family did like the flavor though.

Chocolate Mice

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
My son and I had so much fun making these for Halloween. Everybody got a kick out of them. I couldn't find licorice whips so we used thin pretzel sticks for tails. They were actually very easy to make too.

Greatest Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This was surprisingly good and easy to make. I usually use butter for garlic bread but the olive oil had a nice light flavor.

My son was so excited for these today. I used little smokies and croissant dough. No cheese for us. These came out great and are super simple to make.

I just didn't care for the texture of these. They didn't taste bad but I thought they were eggy.

This was really good. I used mini bow tie noodles and added a can of chicken broth to the mix. The whole family enjoyed it and I made it at perfect time since my son got sick this week.

Four Cheese Baked Ziti

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2005
This was pretty good but it reminded me more of macaroni and cheese only blander. I did as other reviewers suggested and used milk not half and half. This was nice but the cheese was too expensive for the lack of flavor which is why I give it a 3.

Jerk Chicken Sandwich

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2005
This was really delicious. The only thing I did differently was I had diced cooked chicken on hand so I marinaded that instead of raw chicken. The flavor was amazing. This would be good in a pita or in a wrap too.

This is clever, unique and delicious. I had a feeling this would be good but this was wow! I highly recommend giving this a try, esp. if you love cinnamon and sweet potatoes. It's almost like a dessert. It was easy to make too.

I am not the biggest pork chop fan but they were on sale and the family loves them so I picked this recipe and ....wow! This is such a good recipe. I even had seconds! The flavor is just so wonderful and it is so easy to make. I wouldn't change a thing! I will be making these again soon!
