Garlicky, Spicy and Sesamey Green Beans

Really quick and easy side dish! I would add some red peper flakes to this for an added kick. I can't really have sesame seeds but the sesame oil added the flavor so it was all good.

Thai Chicken Bites With Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2011
This was really great! I did not have tumeric or coriander available so I added a little tamarind paste and a half cup of peanut butter to the sauce mix in addition to the prepared Thai peanut sauce, which is a must. I also added some fish sauce to the chicken when I sauteed it. Love the dipping sauce. This sauce would be great doubled and served with Pad Thai noodles. Very easy to make and has a restaurant quality taste. This one is a keeper!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2011
Like another reader had mention, this is a really great base recipe. I sauteed fresh garlic for the dish and added a half cup of white wine as well and still found it lacking a little in flavor. Red pepper flakes, perhaps a little more lemon juice, garlic and wine and this will be fabulous! I will add more spinach next time as well and will also omit the flour, agree with another reviewer, this would be better for my tastes with a clear sauce. Served this over fettucine. Great recipe with so many possibilities!!

Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
This was actually very good. I was surprised. The cheese texture to me was a litle strange made this way but otherwise very good.

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
This was a huge hit at my daughter's graduation party. I added an extra 1/4 C 1000 Island dressing and served it with torn Pumpernickel bread. Everyone wanted the recipe. Will definitely make this again! Thanx for sharing!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2011
Very fluffy! I had to double the batch and still only got about 8 regular sized pancakes so if you are cooking for a crowd I would definitely recommend adjusting the recipe accordingly.

Jimmy Carter Dessert

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
Everyone loves this recipe. My Aunt Ann used to make this when I was a little girl. I make it for my kids now. I don't use graham cracker crumbs though. Prefer to make the crust with the same amount of flour.

Nice classic Halushki recipe. I serve this with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches like my mother used to do when we were young. It was a comfort food for us.

One of the best onion soups I have ever tried. I reversed the amounts of the chicken and beef broth but otherwise it is fantastic.

Cape Cod Turkey Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
I left out the sour cream and used pecans instead of walnuts. This was a very good spin on turkey salad. The cranberries make this, wouldn't recommend leaving them out. Diced apples would also be a great addition to this recipe! Thanx!

I ommitted the gravy and sour cream and onion dip and used homemade alfredo sauce instead. It was delicious and a great way to use leftover turkey!

The apples were actually a sharp contrast to the creamier sweet potatoes but they worked really well together.

This was very good and easy to make. My first time eating acorn squash and it reminded me of milder sweet potatoes.
