Almost perfect--All that needs adjusting is the amount of bread to add into the mixture and amount cool whip. 4 slices of bread is too much, imo. Next time I will just add 2 slices. I only used 8 ounces of cool whip and that was just right. Any more, and it would've been too sweet and the texture would have been off.

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

I didn't make little dishes but just one large dish instead. I also didn't have onion powder and used Lipton Onion soup mix instead. I used about half the packet, not the whole packet. VERY GOOD!!!!!!! I will try not to eat the whole dish before my husband gets home.

Cauliflower Casserole

Tater Tot Casserole I

Very good!! I made them in a cupcake pan instead of one large pan. They were shaped like cupcakes with a tator tot on top. EXCELLENT!

German Hamburgers (Frikadellen)

Excellent! I could eat them all! I didn't have curry ketchup to put on the roll with the Frikadellen, but tomato ketchup tasted just fine :) Perfect!

World's Best Lasagna

Very, very good. Be careful on the salt, it was on the verge of too salty. Sausage itself is pretty salty, so keep that in mind. But very wholesome, well-rounded lasagna! The best I have ever made.
