Key Lime Pie VII

I followed the filling recipe (using Joe & Nellie's bottled KL juice) but for adding 1 T regular lime juice from the lime I used for the zest, & low fat sour cream. For the crust I chose to use 'Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers' (available too expensively from many large supermarkets)--crushed in food processor w/, 1/2 t. cinnamon, 3 T. sugar & 6 T. melted butter pressed into 8" springform pan, partly up the side. Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top of the whipped cream (I used real) used to 'frost' the pie. I see that Oreo crusts are available in the store, but I prefer homemade. Excellent recipe. I don't know if it would work, but I'm thinking about folding egg whites into the filling to make it lighter and fluffier next time. Not sure how to adjust baking time with that change, though.
