Tuscan Flank Steak
I really liked the flavor of the marinade, but they were just to subtle to stand out on beef. We're thinking it will be to die for on chicken!

Garlicky Quinoa and Garbanzo Bean Salad
I'd give this 3-1/2 stars if I could. This was a good base salad, but everyone at the table agreed that the garbanzo to quinoa ratio was off. Next time, I'll start with a whole cup of the uncooked quinoa and might experiment with adding more veggies in addition to the broccoli.

Turkey Pot Pie I
This was very tasty and was a great way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers! I used two cups of chicken broth instead of water and boullion cubes a mix of seven small red potatoes and Yukon Golds because that is what we had on hand. I left the skin on when chopping the potatoes. I also added a half cup of frozen peas to the broth mixture when the potatoes were done because we like peas in our pot pies. Otherwise I followed the recipe as written and will make it again.
