Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2013
This recipe was tasty and very easy. I made the following modifications: sprinkled the chops with flour, onion soup mix and garlic powder. After cooking the chops I removed them from the pan and used some wine to deglaze the pan and then followed the recipe as written.

Mexican Grilled Chicken Wrap

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
This was awesome and so easy!!! I didn't measure the ingredients. I substituted taco seasoning for the chili powder and added avocado, and green onions. Next time I think I will also add black beans and corn too. I think the lime juice makes the recipe, it adds great flavor.

Apricot Barbecued Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
Very easy. To simplify and use less dishes I made the sauce in the glass baking dish and put the raw chicken directly into the dish. I then let it marinade all day before cooking.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Super easy and Delicious. Pillsbury makes crescent roll dough in sheets with no seems which fit perfectly in a 9x13. Made as directed. I would suspect that you could decrease the amount of butter used. I served mine cold.

Seared Sea Scallops

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
I think this is a good base recipe. I agree with other users the amount seasoning salt and the lemon pepper should be decreased. I added some garlic powder. Next time I think I will add even more. I served it over garlic fried rice. I had no problem witht he flour coating coming off. I did cook the scallops in half butter and half evoo. yummy

Ramen Coleslaw

Love this salad, so easy and always a big hit. I omit the salt and pepper and wait until serving time to add the noodles and the nuts, they are better crunch.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
I throw all the ingredients in a Crockpot (except the cheese). I use one large frozen chicken breast. After a couple hours I take the chicken out and shred and return it to the crockpot. I use blue cheese instead of ranch. I wait until it is almost time to serve and trow in the cheese in. I use half the amount of red hot called for as I don't like spicy..

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
This was awesome. The mustard added a nice flavor, but next time I think i will use 1/2 to 3/4 of the amount of mustard. I added extra garlic and a large splash of white wine. I served mine over noodles. I think if you were not having this over rice or pasta it would be too much butter, but the butter made a real nice pasta sauce.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
This recipe was awesome!! The only change I made was to add some garlic powder to the batter. One word of caution if you decrease the servings be careful because the amounts of the ingredients don't change in the actual directions. I also did not use a quart of oil more like a cup. I cooked the chicken in two batches and put the completed batch in the oven to keep warm. This also make a ton of sauce.

This was really good. I used mayo and it was pretty oily, I think next time I will use Sour cream. I also used fresh sauteed spinach, instead of frozen, and it turned out well.
