Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2003
Good & Super Easy. I added about 1/2 cup chopped sweet onions. This recipe is also much better using fresh or frozen corn.

Wonderful, rich cake! The only thing I changed was I used Yellow butter cake mix, & only used 1/2 cup of oil which was plenty. Made 4 loaves instead, Freezes well.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2008
Turned out fantastic! I followed recipe exact & made this for a buffet style dinner party for 12! I doubled the recipe so everyone got plenty & it was a huge hit! I used small curd cottage cheese & the most lean ground beef I could find. I served it with Ceasar Salad & Garlic Sourdough Bread.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
OMG this was GOOD! The only thing I added was 1 tbsp. dried Parsley & 1 tsp. Cumin. I made this on a cold winter day......The cheese & sour cream make the dish and it's even better the next day!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
I reduced the bread crumbs, used only 1 egg, added salt & pepper, & cut out the milk. I squeezed a fresh lemon over the top before cooking in cast iron skillet for about 45 minutes. I have made this a dozen times & it always turns out perfect. 5 stars after changes!!
