I made this to go with pasta. Everyone loved it! I did leave out the garlic salt, & it was perfect.

Cosmopolitan

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This is a good cocktail, like most bars make it. The secret to an awesome Cosmo is using 1 tsp. of Roses Lime Juice instead of lime. It balances tart of cranberry. You can get Roses at most grocery stores.

Not one of the best for my family, my husband didn't care for it. Maybe with a few changes it would be better.

Peanut Butter Chews

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2004
Good recipe for kids. I made these with rice crispies, using 6 cups to make up for the chocolate chips/butterscotch. These are plenty sweet plain! I sprayed a 9x6 baking dish with non-stick & pressed flat. Spray your knife with non-stick too. Turned out perfect!

Good & Super Easy. I added about 1/2 cup chopped sweet onions. This recipe is also much better using fresh or frozen corn.

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2003
My husbands favorite dish! I use the more exspensive deli cheese's & grate them. Baby Swiss is excellent. "GOOD" cheese makes a big difference with this recipe. I also add fresh garlic.

Praline Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2003
Awesome recipe! I have made this dish atleast a half dozen times for the holidays. Rave reviews! I have also left off the topping before, for a less sweet dish- very good too! Also very good topped off with real whip cream for dessert.
