Italian Style Short Ribs
Loved this recipe! Leftovers were even better because I could skim out the fat. The only thing I left out was the lemon juice because I didn't have it and salt because I don't use it. I thought the bacon had enough salty flavor. I did add a small onion with the bacon. I cooked the ribs for 1 hr 20 mins and they just fell off the bones! Will definitely make these again!!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna
Bob, I commend you!! My mother, her mother, and I have always used cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese to make lasagna. It's so much creamier. Although, mine takes quite a bit more time to prep since I do make my own sauce, I just had to let you and everyone else out there know that cottage cheese is the way to go! I've gotten alot of trash talk about using cottage cheese in my lasagna, but when the trash talkers finally taste it, not always knowing, they love it! Thank you for sharing your version. By the way, I can't really rate your recipe because I did not try it, but I had to rate it somehow to get my review in. So,I rated it 3 stars because the sauce isn't homemade. Don't take in personal! Lol

Hash Brown Sandwich
I've made this several times, not having a recipe! This is the first recipe I've seen for something like this. However, I made it with hash brown patties and sometimes with ham. My inspiration came from a breakfast sandwich at a breakfast/lunch restaurant with the "bread" made out of potato pancakes. I love the convenience of a breakfast sandwich instead of separate portions. I change up the cheese flavors also. Delicious!!
