Scottish Bubbles and Squeak Patties

Chewy Granola Bars

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

I made this last night since I was planning some sort of pasta and this was the recipe of the day and it looked good. It needed a little more flavor so I added extra garlic and 1/2 tsp oldbay seasoning. Thanks!

Zucchilattas

Everyone loved these! My 6yr old did say a word the entire time she was eating hers. I made 2 slight changes. I added 1 clove minced fresh garlic and served them on/in whole wheat tortillas instead of flour tortillas. Great way to use up tomatoes and zucchini from the garden. Thanks!

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

I'm only giving this 4 stars only b/c the rolls get soggy when baking them. The flavor is definately 5 star. I made exactly as written and made my own sauce . I sauteed 1/2 small onion and 1 clove of garlic in 2tb olive oil added 1 large chopped tomato, 1tsp basil, 1 tsp oregano, 1tsp balsamic vinegar , 1 tsp red wine vinegar, 1tsp fresh ground black pepper,1 tsp sea salt and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. simmered on low until tomato was broken down. I will be making these again. Thanks!

Everyone really liked this including my 6 yr old who had 2nd's. I made exactly as written except I used fresh broccoli florets instead of frozen chopped. I will make this again! thanks!

Spicy Tuna Fish Cakes

I made these the other night for dinner. They were excellent. The only change I made was to add 3 cloves of minced garlic in place of the garlic powder b/c I didnt know I was out of it. Even my kids who hate fish liked these. Thanks Raquel I will be making these again.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This was OUT OF THIS WORLD FANTASTIC! We loved it I marinated the shrimp for 8 hrs and poured the leftover marinade over the shrimp while they were cooking. I did not use the 1/4 cup of tomato sauce instead I used 2 plum tomatoes chopped in a handi chopper. I think this marinade would even work great with steak or as a "sauce" served over angel hair or thin spaghetti. I will definately be making this again. Thanks!

Mother-In-Law Eggs

These were fantastic! I took them with us to a cookout yesterday. I made them exactly as written using hot mustard from a chinese restaurant and to keep with the spicy theme I use hot hungarian paprika for garnish. I will be making these again! Thanks Shorecook!
