quick and easy. just what i was looking for. the only thing i did different was add the onion to the beef while it was browning since we dont like raw onion. i will make these again.

Sesame-Soy Broccoli Florets

This was just OK! Not great but not bad. I think next time ill try using seasame oil. I also used frozen next time ill try using fresh and add a few gloves of minced garlic.

Out of this World Turkey Brine

We loved this brine! I made exactly as recipe was written brined for 48 hours then smoked the turkey with hickory. Will def. be using this again and again.

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

I was disappointed with these. The seasonings burned by the time the potatoes finished cooking. Might have turned out better if the potatoes were deep fried for a few minutes then transferrred to a baking sheet and topped with seasonings and baked for a bit. I will try making these again.

Awesome Broccoli Marinara

i was very disappointed with this. i had been looking forward to it for a week. it didnt have enough liquid. i had to make alot of adjustments which included adding a chopped fresh tomato for extra liquid. extra garlic, basil and balsamic vinegar. plus topped it with parm. cheese. i will try to make it again but next time i will use all fresh tomatoes instead of canned diced.

Savory Mushroom Sauce

I liked the flavor. I didnt think it was as bland as other reviewers had said i did end up adding 2 extra gloves of garlic and upped the salt by 1/4 t. but that was just personal preference. I used the sauce with stuffed shells. I will be using it again.

This was very good. The only thing I changed was to use fresh spinach, lowfat sour cream and fresh dill. I made this as a side to christined's Best Ever Brisket. I will be making this again.

Best Ever Brisket

We thought this was excellent! I used all the ingredients listed as recipe reads but cooked it different. I put it in the slow cooker on low for 8 hours after 6 hours I took it out and shredded it to soak up the juices for the last 2 hours. Thanks Christine. I will be making this again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This was easy to make and very good! I used zesty Good Seasons italian dry dressing mix, 98% fat free cream of chicken, and reduced fat cream cheese. Everyone asked for seconds. I will be making this one again. Thanks!

Bill's Fried Bacon

I guess it would be ok if you like your bacon "flimsy" but mine has to be extra crisp so by the time that happened the boiled off water and spices had burnt to the bottom of the pan. even with the stove turned down to low. i will not be making this again. sorry!

Sauerkraut-Stuffed Slow-Cooked Pork Roast

i made this today and too add a little extra flavor like others suggested it need i combined this recipe with the kalua pig in a slow cooker recipe from this site which just added hawaiian seasalt and liquid smoke. we all enjoyed it very much and i will be making it again!
