Make It Yourself- Crab Rangoon-ci Recipe

These were great. I used jumbo lump crab meat and added a pinch of old bay seasoning and maybe 2 tb of finely chopped jalapeno(i didnt measure). I'll be making these again this summer when I get some fresh blueclaws. Another great one Keni!

Lemon Pepper Catfish

I thought this needed more seasoning. the only change i made was i used flounder instead of catfish. if i make it again i will use more seasoning.

Spinach Beef Macaroni Bake

We really enjoyed this! I halved the recipe and the only change i made was i eliminated the celery b/c i didnt realize i didnt have any and i added a can of sliced potatoes in the celerys place. I will make this again! Thanks!

These were excellent! I made them exactly as written except I forgot to add the bacon so I use 2 full slices under each burger. Thanks for the great new way to do burgers! I will be making these again!

These turned out more like bread than a pretzel. I made salt, cinnamon sugar and italian herb. Sorry, but I dont think I'll be making these again.

T Bird's Beef Jerky

WE LOVED THIS! I made exactly as written. I used a slicer to slice the meat thin. I used partially frozen meat to slice it easier. I will be making this again. Next time I think Im going to add some liquid smoke like others suggested. Not that it needs it at all but just to try it. Thanks Dewy!

We love gnocchi! My grandmother used to make them but didnt add salt, pepper and garlic powder to them. I will be making these again. I did not use the sauce portion of the recipe b/c I make my own sauce from fresh tomatoes.

These were good. I added extra garlic and 1/2 tsp cumin. I only made six since I didnt think my kids would like them. With the leftover filling I made Spinach Quesadilla's. Thanks!

These were very good. Alot better than canned refried beans. The only change I made was to use olive oil instead of lard since i have no idea where to get lard. I will be making these again.

Parmesan Baked Potatoes

We didnt think these had any flavor except on the very bottom of the potato. Had they have been cut into smaller pieces this may have been alot better. I may make this again but instead of cutting them in half I will probably 1/4 them or cut them even smaller. When I remake them I will edit my review.
