Baked Kale Chips

Made these exactly as written. My problem with them is they do not keep. They are crispy to start but if you dont finish them they soften up. I will make them again just in a smaller batch.

Easier Chicken Marsala

This was really easy to make. I fried the chicken 1st removed it and put it aside in a foil pan. Added the wine and mushrooms to the pan and cooked. I used an exotic mushroom mix of crimini, shitake and oyster mushrooms.

Really good! I added 1/2 oz of triple sec and some other recipes call for. I mixed the cranberry juice and triple sec together in a pitcher (I multipled the recipe 10x) then toppped each drink with champagne as it was poured.

I am the recipe submitter and I just wanted to add a side note since there has been a few questions on how to keep the banana slices from browning. Use fruit juice there are several fruit juices that can work to prevent discoloration of sliced bananas. If you're worried about the flavor changing, stick to the sweeter, lighter flavors: Lemon juice Orange juice Tinned pineapple juice Tinned or fresh grapefruit juice Lime juice Apple juice Ascorbic acid powder(aka vitamin C) or if you're in a pinch, a ground-up vitamin C tablet works as well.

Mud and Worms

I made an adult version of these last night to take to a halloween party. In place of milk I added 16 oz of Cool Whip 3/4C of Kahlua and 1/4 C of vodka and use a 5.9oz box of pudding. Really good!

Here is my original review when JJsMama 1st posted this recipe as a personal recipe in 2011. The "Whiz-Wit" Dip Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011 Let me start by saying I hope AR accepts and publishes this recipe. It turned out phenomenal! I was going to make it for NYE but plans changed and I didnt so I decided to make it for the Eagles vs Cowboys game today.I hope it makes it that long. I made it exactly as written with the exception of leaving out the roasted red peppers b/c I forgot to buy them. I used my own canned jalapenos from my garden which gave it just the right kick. I am using sliced and halved Italian bread . Next time I think I will buy a couple of french baguettes and toast them alittle. Thanks JJsmama for this AWESOME dip! I will be making this again! Fast forward to 2014... I make this highly requested dip to take with me every Eagles home game parking lot tailgating party. Come visit us in Lot M/N to give it a try next time you are in Philly!

Quinoa Broccoli Casserole

This was really good! Used it as a side dish to chicken and a main course for the vegetarians in the house. I will be making this again and may try using cream of broccoli soup in place of the cream of mushroom. Thanks for the recipe!

I would give these 10 stars if I could! I've been making these since the recipe was published and didnt realize I never left a review. I make them exactly as written. Everyone I give them to absolutely loves them and cant get enough of them. I make approx 50 qts of them a season. Love Them! Thanks for the recipe Chef John!
