Delicious. This was the best roasted chicken I have made. I did use one chicken, marinated overnight. It took my bird approx. 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive at 175 degrees. I poured the pan juices in a pan and whisked in 2 T flour and 1 t salt while heating over medium stove. whisk 1+ minute and then add water--while whisking--to ward off lumps a bit at a time until it reaches your desired consistency. Served gravy over the bird and mashed potatoes. YUM!
