Carrot Cake III

The best cake I have ever made from scratch. My husband said this is the best carrot cake he has ever tasted, better that bakery. Make sure you don't over beat the batter.

Chicken Marsala

I triple the sauce, double the mushroom, add sauteed garlic and onion to it. At the end, I add some cornstarch with water, thicken up the sauce and serve with pasta. Great flavor.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Awesome recipe. Make sure you don't stop whipping the whipped too early, I stop mine too early, it became pudding texture.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

I don't know why, but the cake tastes pretty salty. Make be cut down the salt next time.
