Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
Absolutely wonderful recipe. A soft and fluffly bread with just the right amount of sweetness.
The one thing I did differently was I added 3 cups of raisens instead of just one.
Also, I only had two loaf pans so I made cinamon rolls out of the remaining dough.
