First,I made the sauce a day ahead as suggested. As one review stated,this is well worth the work and also, I finally found a lasagna that does not fall apart on the plate and is not dry either. I Loved,Loved, Loved this lasagna. I will use the sauce for any pasta from now on. As I am heavy handed with the salt, I took the "from our kitchen"note advice and salted along the way. It was still lacking salt, however, I think it best for someone to salt to their own taste. This lasagna earned it's name. This will be my go to recipe from now on. Thanks Chic
