The recipe was excellent. In addition to the half and half I added another 1/2 cup of milk but it still could have been a bit creamier. I did make it the day before I cooked it so the pasta may have soaked up some of the liquid. It got rave reviews from everyone. I didnt' have any muenster or monteray jack so I used more extra sharp cheddar, a bit more regular cheddar which was fat free, a little mozzerella, and some pizza cheese, and of course the velveeta. Yummy. Will make again and add ham! Thanks!
