Easy Mac 'n' Cheese

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2005
everyone LOVED IT! i did change a few things. first i doubled it so that i could feed my family (4 of us) from one dish. (13x9) i buttered the pan to insure it didnt stick (and it would add great flavor to the dish too!) i added about a cup of cheddar jack shredded cheese and about a cup and a half of mixed veggies. and cumbled extra crackers in the mix. mixed all that together and then topped it with more cheese and parmasian and then the crackers too. afer salting and peppering to taste, it was so yummy! (oh and i used hot dogs instead of franks.) its a keeper!

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2004
get a big glass of milk.. this is great. i made a butter chocolate cake and toppped it with this. i did add about a 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon of instant coffee (about equal to 1/8 - 1/4 cup of coffee.) and it was definitly the finishing touch for me. i used decaff since i used so much cocoa (i ended up using about 2/3 cup rather than 1/2 cup)pretty yummy!

Easy Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
this is really good as a foundation recipe.. something i am always looking for! it is so great. i added things to suit my taste. but i think that if i wanted a quick meal for just me and my son, i would make it plain as is.. but this time i am making it for my hubby too, and he likes things with "finished" flavors. if anything seems missing he isnt happy with it!! giggles
