About this Cook
im a 13 year old who absoulutely loves to bake. Baking is my absolute passion in life. I like swimming, reading and being in the kitchen. I'm also a big Spongebob Fan. He's so adorable!!
My favorite things to cook
I like to bake things, and i like to cook. Being in the kitchen and cooking is second nature to me. it's the best thing ever!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making homemade sopes. My great grandnana made them, taught my Nana, and my Nana taught me how to make them. they are thinner than the ones you buy at the store.
My cooking triumphs
When i got my Hersheys Recipe book from Barnes and Noble, I immediatley fell in luv with the Dandy Cake recipe. I made it for the first time for a family barbecue, and every one of my family members loved my cake.
My cooking tragedies
once I made chocolate chip cookies for fun. After dinner,my mom quickly ran for the cookies and shoved one in her mouth. As quickley as she did that, she spit it out in the trash can. "Are you trying to kill us?" she asked me. "These cookies look perfect, but man,are they salty!!" It turns out I put too much baking soda, thanks to my imperfect vision.

Simple Strawberry Syrup
This recipe was really delicious and is an all time favorite for my Nana. Strawberries are really good, and ripe ones are simply divine for this recipe. I didn't strain it however. I left the strawberries in the syrup and used it immediatley since I made pancakes that morning. Simply mahvelouus!

Tomato Soup Cake I
This waz such a yummy cake!! but i dont use raisans, it sorta gave it a pulpy kind of taste. Go reely easy on the salt and butter. Plus, don't worry if your cake smells a bit like baking soda, its perfectly nomal.
