Manicotti with Cheese
As is, I give it four stars, however I think it's a fantastic base recipe. I added a bit of garlic salt and Italian seasoning (about 1/2 tsp each) and used 2 tsp dry parsley instead of fresh. I also only used one jar of Classico spaghetti sauce, and for our tastes, it was enough. I only seemed to have enough filling for 10 shells though, and had 4 leftover, from a 250g box. Would make again.

Three-Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta Bake
Simply put - AMAZING. Restaurant quality, would definitely serve to guests. It even tastes great reheated the next day. It takes a lot for me to rate something 5 stars, but this is honestly one of the best dinners I've ever made.

Creamy Baked Ziti
Making it just as is, I'd rate it at four stars. I thought it needed a little more flavour - so taking some suggestions in the reviews, I added about a 1/2 cup more sauce, about 1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning, and slightly less cream cheese (half of a block of light). I also used a bit more shredded cheese (just over 2 cups), and I tried using the Kraft Italian blend pre-shredded cheese instead of mozzarella, and about half the amount of parmesan - even more delicious!!! Next time, I'd love to try adding some canned mushrooms or spinach. Would serve to company.
