Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2014
So amazing. They turned out great. I did change the white sugar to 1/2 cup and the brown sugar to a cup and a half. Other reviewers have suggested this. They were perfect.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
I made the chicken/soup mixture in the crockpot first, like one reviewer suggested. Then I used a slotted spoon to fill the enchiladas. I finished them in the oven. Very easy and tasted like restaurant enchiladas. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2013
This was a fantastic dinner and so easy. I did read the previous reviews and comments and made the following additions....I seasoned each chicken breast with Mrs.Dash lemon herb blend. I used cream of chicken and herbs soup, I mixed 1/4 C white wine with the milk and soup and melted margarine, then I added the stove top stuffing for chicken to the soup mixture, and stirred it well. Finally I placed blobs of this mixture all around the chicken. Then I used a whole 10oz bag of frozen baby broccoli florets and placed those all around the chicken breasts. It turned out great.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
My son found this recipe and surprised us with these muffins this morning. He is 14 and loves to bake, he followed the recipe exactly and they turned out fantastic. They do not taste like the box mixes, and that is a good thing!

Baked French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
This was amazing. It was very custard and dessert like, and absolutely delicious. I did follow one reviewers suggestion and turn over every piece before baking it in the morning. I used a pan that was too shallow and it boiled over all over my oven-my fault! It still turned out yummy. Everyone at worked raved about it.

Quiche

Excellent recipe for quiche. I used broccoli and cheddar cheese as the filling, but followed the rest of the recipe as it was written. I had to bake mine a bit longer-but every oven is different. Thanks for a super and simple dish!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

This recipe was excellent. I ended up following another member's advice and I baked 2 full-sized loaves for 80 minutes. They turned out great. My 13 year old son ate one loaf by himself-in 24 hours! I will be making this over and over again!

Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2006
This recipe for frosting was excellent. It went really well with some rolled sugar cookies from this site. I read some other tips/reviews and I decided to use butter flavored crisco (1/2 C)instead. It tasted really nice. Thanks for a great recipe. I can't wait to make some cupcakes or a layer cake with it next time.

Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2005
These were the best(tasting) rolled cookies I have ever made. I prepared the dough and then I placed it in some plastic wrap and formed a disk. I chilled it for two hours. I rolled it out and the kids had fun choosing their shapes. The scraps re-rolled nicely! I used a different buttercream icing recipe from this site though! I will keep this cookie recipe for years to come. Thank you!!!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

The best banana bread I have ever made and tasted(my picky husband LOVED it). It needed extra cooking time though(maybe 15-20 extra mins). I made three regular sized loaves. We ate one and froze the other two. Thanks Esther :)
