Polish Link Sausage and Cabbage
I sautéed 1 large onion and 4 clove garlic first in pan. Then added sausages, ( I used Turkey Sausages Instead of kielbasa). Brown all and set aside. Then I added cabbage to the same pan. I shredded mine. "Then instead of beer, I added a cup of masala cooking wine, black pepper, no salt as sausage already have salt in it. After cabbage cooked down, I added browned sausages, onion and garlic...YUM .Let all simmer together for another 15 minutes. YUM, YUM. Pictures to come. HAPPY COOKING

Sausage Pasta
I tried this recipe, however added cooking wine, 4 different kind bell peppers, fresh thyme, more garlic, ( garlic lover here)cayenne pepper for just a hint of spicy. Let it slow cook for 2 hrs so all ingredients can mesh.Eating out is a treat but you pay the price and its not as good as good old home cooking. Much more healthier too.

Indian Chicken Curry II
I Googled and found this recipe, Just Finished making it, WOW WOW..YUMMMM.....I am loving it... I find if you are a good cook and follow recipe ingredients, put your own little spin on it, like if yOu would like more chicken just add ingredients to suit your own taste, Came out perfect, better than paying $15.00 to $23.00 in Indian Restaurants, plus you have left also added baked and browned cubed potatoes...YUM....That with Nan Bread its a meal fit for a king and My Picture....ChefDAwn. PS: Instead of using Cubed Chicken Breast, I used legs and thighs, I cut the stick part off chicken legs and just leave the drum....However to each his or her own, Next time I make this recipe, I will add mushrooms....YUM
